La Papessa is part of Fattoria Montecchio, an extensive property comprising over 50 acres of private vineyards and olive groves and even housing its own terracotta works.
La Papessa is set on the outskirts, and within walking distance, of the pretty and well-known medieval village of San Donato in Poggio, which has small shops and restaurants. The apartments of La Papessa share a large swimming pool and small children’s pool, together with a solarium, which are set among olive groves and there is also a large BBQ and wood burning outdoor oven for clients’ use. The park, vineyards and the rich red earth, visible from every corner of this beautiful complex, reflect the true colours of the beautiful Tuscan landscape.
Each apartment is different in its layout and is located on either the ground or first floor of the various farm buildings. Each has air-conditioning and a safe and is very comfortable. Car hire is essential and there is private parking for residents.

Casole d'ElsaLocation: ItalyOriginally an old hamlet, Il Selvatellino has been lovingly transformed into self-contained apartments, all individually furnished and retaining their original character. The Residence has a real village atmosphere, with cobbled walkways covered with shrubs and pretty flowers and has wonderful views across the ancient oak and elm forests so typical of the Tuscan countryside. A central feature of the village is the large shared pool, with plenty of sitting areas for sunbathing and a pretty covered pergola, where occasional Tuscan evenings are held, with talks on wine production and tasting and other topics of local interest. Mountain bikes are available for hire and horse riding and public tennis courts are available nearby.
Due to its central location, Il Selvatellino is a perfect base for visiting the famous historic sights of Tuscany, including Siena, San Gimignano and Florence, as well as the lesser known towns and villages of the Chianti area.
All of the apartments are different in layout and furnishings, but each is on ground floor level and has its own outdoor sitting area. Il Selvatellino has English-speaking reception staff, who are always happy to help out with any questions you may have and there is also a communal BBQ area for use of all residents. The nearest village, Pievescola is just 2 km away, as is the nearest restaurant. Casole d’Elsa with restaurants and shops is 6kms and the bigger towns within easy driving distance include Siena, 19kms, San Gimignano, 24kms and Florence at 59kms. Private parking for residents.
IL VILLINO COTTAGE
Quaint cottage with open plan kitchen/living/dining room, dishwasher, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, 1 shower room. Heating available, payable locally. Weekly cleaning service and linen change. Pool open from 1st May to 15th October.
Breakage deposit of €150 to be lodged with Reception on arrival and refunded on departure.

TerminiLe Gocce di Capri, literally meaning “drops of Capri”, is a small group of around 20 apartments, situated in the small village of Termini and just 300 ms from local shops and restaurants. Sorrento is approx 12 kms from Termini and the local beach of Marina del Cantone can be reached by bus from the village.
Le Gocce de Capri is named after the stunning views it offers across the Bay of Naples to Capri and each apartment has a spacious, private terrace to enjoy the wonderful view, as well as a private BBQ terrace at the rear.
